Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and purchases made through Daak Harkara LLC ("Daak Harkara", "we", "our", "us") and any of our products, including DaakMailer and any future product released under the Daak Harkara brand. By subscribing to or purchasing a Daak Harkara product, you agree to the terms below.
2. Cancelling a Subscription
You can cancel any subscription at any time from your product dashboard under Settings → Billing. After cancellation:
- You will continue to have full access to the product until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for future billing periods.
- Your account, data, and history remain available so you can re-subscribe later without losing context. We retain account data in line with our Privacy Policy.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are not refundable. You can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; no further charges will be made.
3.2 Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of the term if you request a refund within 30 days of the most recent annual renewal or initial purchase. After 30 days, the annual subscription is non-refundable, but you can still cancel auto-renewal so you are not charged for the next year.
3.3 One-time purchases and add-ons
One-time purchases (e.g., dedicated IPs, additional credits, priority support packs) are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the purchased item or service has not been used or consumed. Used credits and consumed services are non-refundable.
3.4 Free trials
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid being charged at the end of a trial, cancel before the trial ends from the billing settings in your product dashboard.
3.5 Exceptions
We will issue a full refund regardless of plan type if a service outage or technical failure on our side prevented you from using the product as advertised, or if duplicate or fraudulent charges occurred. Contact us with your account email and order reference and we will resolve it.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@daakharkara.com from the email address associated with your account and include:
- The product name (for example, DaakMailer).
- Your account email.
- The order reference or invoice number, if available.
- A short note about why you're requesting the refund (this helps us improve).
We acknowledge every refund request within 24 hours on business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — the vast majority of issues are resolved by a quick email. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending resolution. We will always work in good faith to resolve disputes directly.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will take effect on the "Last updated" date shown above and will not apply retroactively to refund requests already submitted.
