We respond to all support emails within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time). Most issues are resolved within the first reply. For urgent production-impacting issues, mark the email subject with [URGENT] and we'll prioritize it.

Use the "Forgot password" link on your product's sign-in page (for DaakMailer: mail.daakharkara.com). You'll receive a reset link by email within a minute. If it doesn't arrive, check spam or email support@daakharkara.com.

Sign in to your product dashboard and visit Settings → Billing. You can update your payment method, change plan, or cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. For invoicing or billing questions, email support@daakharkara.com.

Our full refund and cancellation terms are documented on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page. In short: monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time and are not pro-rated; annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, email support@daakharkara.com with your account email and order reference.

All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We follow OWASP secure-development practices and run automated vulnerability scanning. Full details on our Security and Privacy Policy pages.

From your product dashboard, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Account deletion permanently removes your data according to our retention policy. If you need help or want to request a manual data export first, email support@daakharkara.com.
